By ordering any of our products you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to restrict access to our website at our discretion. We reserve the right to only prescribe to patients our clinic has seen before.

Although it is our endeavour to do so, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the information published on this website, or that it will be kept up to date on a continuous basis.

We warrant that our products will be of satisfactory quality, and that our liability will be limited to the purchase price of the product.

Information on the website is provided for information purposes only. DSC is not liable in the event of factor errors or misprinted information.

Liability

We will not be liable in respect of any losses arising out of any event that is beyond our reasonable control, to include but not limited to: strikes, industrial action, civil commotion, natural disasters, government restrictions and legislation.

We will not be liable in respect of any loss, or corruption, of data, or software.

We provide a platform for ordering products made by several suppliers. DSC takes no responsibility for supplier brands and products. We take no liability for any negative effects, side effects and reactions a customer might experience from use of the products or treatments. In the event of any issues, the customer will pursue the matter directly with the supplier.

Breach of terms and conditions

Without prejudice to our rights, if you breach these terms and conditions we may take such actions necessary so as to remedy the breach and seek damages, including bringing court proceedings required by law.

Prices, payment & delivery

Payment is taken prior to confirming an appointment or dispatching products.

Customers must provide a valid billing and shipping address. The billing address must match the address to which their debit or credit card is registered. Failure to do so may result in the transaction being rejected by the payment provider. If an invalid address is provided, DSC may ask the customer to provide supporting documentation as proof of billing address, such as, a debit or credit card statement or a utility bill.

Goods will be delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering. 

The customer is liable for all taxes, duties and costs related to international shipping. DSC is not responsible for any time delays for shipments to international countries.

If the addressee is not present at the time of delivery, the order may be held at a local mail centre for collection or re-delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for collection or re-delivery of the item. Failure to do so will result in the item being returned to DSC. If an item is returned, DSC reserve the right to charge the customer for postage costs for any re-delivery of items.

Delivery of items is done using a third party and DSC cannot guarantee delivery dates and times.

Any orders that contain a prescription only item (a medicine) will require the customer to have a consultation with a member of our skin professional team. This will involve the customer providing personal information about their medical history and consenting to the use of the products. 

Orders containing prescription-only items, will only be dispatched once the customer has contacted our clinic and completed a consultation.

You agree to DSC facilitating the delivery your products using third parties and sharing your personal information for fulfillment of your order and to provide our services.

DSC reserves the right to cancel any orders received at any time prior to dispatch of the goods. If DSC does cancel an order the customer’s card will be refunded.

It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that the products they order for international delivery is according the rules, regulations and customs laws of that country.

We regret that we cannot take back or refund products once opened or if the original product packaging ius tampered with. Whilst we try to supply long expiry dates, we are unable to replace or refund 'out of date products' which have been delivered to you longer than 3 calendar months from the date of expiry. In the case of defective products, please provide photos and return the products so we may inspect the item and contact the supplier to assist with a replacement and refund as appropriate. Please note that prescription products cannot be returned or refunded. If you have unwanted prescription products, please take them to your local Pharmacy for safe disposal. 

Refused and undeliverable orders that are returned to DSC because they were undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present, failure to collect, will be refunded minus any delivery costs DSC has incurred in shipping the order. Refunds are processed following DSC’s receipt of the returned product. 

If an order has not been collected in the allocated time and the customer wishes for it to be re-sent, the additional postal charges are covered by the customer.

International orders

Any customs charges and import duties related to international deliveries to countries outside of the United Kingdom are paid by the customer.

DSC is unable to inform the customer about what the costs would be. Regulations, customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. The customer is responsible to find out about these charges and pay these costs.

Prescriptions for registered patients only

Prescription request are only available to individuals registered with our clinic.

DSC reserves to right not to issue a prescription to an individual.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

Privacy Policy

Having visited the DSC website, we will automatically collect and temporarily store information about your computer, including your domain, host, and internet address and website from which you have linked to the DSC. We may store the date and time you visited the site, and the duration of your visit. We may also look at the pages you have visited. Some of this information may be stored on your computer in the form of a "cookie" file.

DSC shares your personal information to provide various services, fulfill orders and deliver products.
